AI Rap Video Terms of Service

Using the service

These terms apply to AI Rap Video. Read them with the privacy policy and refund and cancellation policy before uploading or purchasing. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact support with questions.

What the service does

The service creates personalized rap videos from one or two performer photos, an optional background, creative instructions and selected settings. It uses third-party AI services for text, music and video generation. Creation is asynchronous: jobs may queue, fail, require recovery or need manual review. Previews and examples do not guarantee the appearance, voice, lyrics, timing or quality of your result. Video audio may differ from the music reference.

You choose the available duration, resolution and aspect ratio; the system selects the supported workflow. Review the displayed credit cost before submitting. A new generation consumes credits separately. Retain a delayed job's task ID and seek support instead of repeatedly submitting paid replacements.

Accounts and authorized material

Protect your sign-in details, provide accurate account and billing information, and notify support of suspected unauthorized use.

Upload only photos, backgrounds and text you own or have permission to use for AI processing and the resulting performance. Obtain permission from the people depicted, including any required permission for a minor. Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate material, harassment, threats, privacy or intellectual property violations, fraud or unlawful content. Do not bypass access controls, misuse accounts or disrupt the service.

Submitting material authorizes us and the providers needed for the workflow to process, store and transmit it to generate and deliver your result and handle related support. You retain the rights you hold in your inputs. The privacy policy explains provider processing and file handling; do not submit sensitive or confidential information that is unnecessary for your creation.

Outputs and use of results

Check results before sharing or publishing. AI can produce errors, unintended wording, altered likenesses or content similar to other outputs. We do not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness, copyright protection, exclusive ownership or clearance of third-party music, likeness, brand or other rights. Buying credits does not provide all permissions needed for commercial distribution. Your use must respect input rights, applicable provider terms and applicable law.

Credits, purchases and subscriptions

Prices, currency, credits and billing intervals are shown on the pricing page and checkout. Use the terms shown for your purchase. One-time packs do not renew; current pack credits have no scheduled expiry. Subscription purchases and successful renewals grant credits for the billing period. Current yearly plans grant the year's credits at payment, rather than monthly installments. Subscription credits expire at the applicable billing-period end and do not roll over.

Subscriptions renew according to checkout terms until cancellation takes effect. Request cancellation in the signed-in billing page when available, and check the resulting status and effective date. If unavailable or unsuccessful, contact support. Signing out, deleting drafts, requesting account deletion or requesting a refund does not itself cancel renewal. Support and account closure

Email support@airapvideo.ai or use the channels on the contact page. Tickets require sign-in and an enabled ticket service; read replies in the ticket page. Do not assume replies arrive by email. Include relevant task, order or subscription references, without passwords, card security codes or unnecessary personal data.

Settings do not offer self-service account closure or a complete data export tool. Request manual handling through the contact page. Account closure and data removal require review under the privacy policy; cancel subscriptions separately. Access may be restricted to investigate abuse, protect accounts or address breaches of these terms.

Availability, responsibility and changes

Generation and delivery depend on external services and may be interrupted. Keep copies of completed work. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a fixed completion time. Uploaded creative files and generated media are retained for seven days and scheduled for deletion after expiry; download your completed work within that period. Report undelivered jobs and billing problems through support for investigation under the refund and cancellation policy.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The service and terms may change; the date above identifies this version. Questions and requests can be made through contact and support.
