Scope and contact

AI Rap Video turns one or two performer photos, an optional background image and creative instructions into a personalized rap video. This policy covers that service, accounts, purchases and support. For questions or privacy requests, use our contact and support page, which shows the available channels and whether sign-in is required.

Information we process

• Accounts: name, email, profile image, sign-in credentials or connected sign-in identifiers, and session records, depending on your sign-in method.
• Creative inputs: one or two performer photos, an optional uploaded background, names or occasions you include, prompts, scene and beat choices, and generation settings. Photos are prepared in your browser before upload. Starting generation uploads the prepared images; selecting a local preview alone does not submit it to an AI provider.
• Outputs and jobs: lyrics, music style descriptions, prepared video prompts, generated music and videos, media links, task IDs, status, errors and credit usage. Uploads can remain stored even when generation is not completed.
• Payments and credits: products, order and subscription IDs, amount, currency, payment status, billing details returned by the payment provider, and credit grants, spending and reversals. Hosted payment providers collect payment credentials; this application does not store a full card number or card security code.
• Support: the title, messages and optional attachments you submit, replies and handling records.
• Technical information: requests and operational or security logs may include IP addresses, browser or device information, timestamps, errors and task references. Cookies and browser storage are described below.

Do not upload confidential documents, financial credentials or photos you are not authorized to use. A photo can identify someone even without a name.

Purposes

We use these details to sign you in, prepare lyrics and music, generate and deliver videos, resume saved jobs, record purchases and credits, investigate failures or disputed charges, respond to support and privacy requests, and protect against abuse. Authorized support staff may inspect relevant account, job and support records to handle a request.

AI services and third parties

We use third-party AI service providers to prepare text, create music and generate video. Depending on the generation stage, these providers process the creative instructions, performer images, background references, lyrics and audio needed to fulfill your request. Final video audio may differ from the music reference.

Cloud storage providers store reference images, generated audio and delivered videos to support generation, playback and download. Hosting and network providers process requests needed to operate the website. The payment provider shown at checkout processes the purchase and may receive email and billing information. External sign-in providers handle the sign-in you choose.

Providers may process data in countries other than yours. Their retention, reuse and deletion rules depend on their applicable policies and service terms; this policy does not promise identical rules across providers. File handling

Files and media links are used to provide the requested generation, playback and download. Share media links only with people you intend to receive the content. Avoid sensitive support attachments. Removing an image from the form, clearing browser data, signing out or removing a local draft does not delete an uploaded file or invalidate its URL. For removal requests, contact support with the task ID and affected links, and explain any urgent privacy concern.

Cookies and browser storage

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Locale, appearance and, when enabled, cookie preference cookies remember your choices. The studio uses local browser storage for drafts, settings, reference URLs and saved or pending task IDs. Someone using the same browser profile may see those records. Clearing browser storage removes local records, not server files or task history.

If enabled, Google Analytics or Plausible process usage information; Google Analytics may use analytics cookies. Optional Google AdSense, Crisp or Tawk widgets may also process technical, advertising or chat data when present. Their use depends on the site's active features. Where a cookie choice is offered, use it to manage optional cookies; you can also manage cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in. This page does not mean that a consent banner or every optional integration is always active.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded performer photos and background images, and generated audio and video files, have a 7-day retention period, measured from each file's upload or creation. They are scheduled for automatic deletion after that period. Download any completed video you want to keep within seven days. Expiry is processed by the storage service and may not occur at an exact hour.

The seven-day media period does not delete your account or the order, subscription, credit, support and security records needed to operate the service, reconcile payments or resolve disputes. Those records are handled separately under applicable obligations. Third-party processing and copies you or others have downloaded are outside this media deletion process.

There is currently no self-service account deletion or complete data export tool in settings. You can request access, a copy, correction, deletion or account closure through contact and support. Specify the account, request and relevant task or order IDs. Do not send passwords or full payment credentials. Account control may need to be verified.

Requests require manual review of database records, stored media and relevant provider-held data. Support must confirm scope and outcome; submitting a ticket does not itself delete data, close an account or cancel a subscription. Some transaction, security or dispute records may need to be retained for applicable obligations. Deleting a source cannot recall others' downloaded copies; provider or cached copies may need separate handling. See refunds and cancellation for subscription cancellation.

Security and updates

The service uses authenticated account access, authorization checks and HTTPS references for generation. No online system guarantees absolute security. Protect your login and only upload material suitable for this processing.
