Use this email for account access problems, privacy requests, payment questions or other support without signing in.

Do not send passwords, full card numbers, card security codes or unnecessary personal information. Prefer task and order IDs in text, and redact sensitive details from attachments.

Help us find the issue

• Generation or credits: include the task ID, what happened and whether you received a video. Keep the original task instead of repeatedly creating paid replacements.
• Payments or subscriptions: include the order or subscription number, receipt date, amount, currency and provider. Specify a payment refund, credit check or renewal cancellation. Read refunds and cancellation before applying.
• Privacy or account closure: describe the access, copy, correction or deletion you need, account email, and affected task IDs or media links. These requests require manual review and may require account verification; see privacy. An account closure request does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Replies and account access

After submitting a ticket, return to the signed-in ticket page to read replies and provide follow-up information. Ticket replies are not guaranteed by email. Processing and response times depend on the request; no fixed response time is promised here.
